The Recreation and Parks Department works year round to provide a wide range of safe and accessible recreational facilities and leisure time programs for participants of all ages. Whatever your interest may be, you can always find an activity or a special event to enhance your quality of life. Year round programs include:

The City of Middletown has fourteen parks available that can accommodate:

Reservations

Reservations for park facilities can be made by calling our office at least thirty days in advance. Reservations for the picnic pavilions in Fancher-Davidge, Ben and Paula Amchir Park, and Maple Hill are accepted beginning in January to reserve for dates of April 15th through October 15th of each year. A small fee is required as well as a refundable $100 deposit. Revocable Permits are also issued for other requested use of City park property.
